Timing

Timing needs, and what is appropriate, vary from event to event, and rarely are two events identical. The service we offer are described below.

• App based chip-less timing – using Webscorer and waterproof tablets we offer timing which produces a chip timing like experience, with online live results and notifications directly to competitors with their time. In theory we could offer the same via CrossMgr for low entry lapped cycling events, but we haven’t tested this!
• Chip timing – thanks to our partnership with South West Mountain Biking and Sportiva Events we can offer very affordable RFID timing. This uses either Webscorer or CrossMgr as the software. We have access to a range of antenna solutions, including overhead, side and mats. The new overhead setup is particularly effective for long duration lapped events where every read counts.
• GPS tracking – via the new GPS tracking feature at Webscorer, or we have arranged for the brilliant Open Tracking to provide these services.
